People at the Center

As an associate, you will have opportunities to connect with your peers through various sponsored events such as golf, bowling, company picnic, and fun on-site social activities such as potlucks, food cook-offs, food trucks, and special celebrations. Our Bright Squads organize volunteer and giving efforts in our communities throughout the year. Our Brighter Days Fund makes it possible for associates to request financial assistance during unexpected hardships.

Operations Schedule

Our core operations run on a dedicated day or night schedule and provide a consistent shift assignment making it easier to plan around.    

  • Full-time production associates typically work 7 out of 14 days 
  • 12-hour shifts begin at 6:30 (either AM or PM) 
  • 8 hours of overtime (per two-week pay period) are built into the normal schedule 
  • Every other weekend is a three-day weekend off 
  • Wage premiums are paid for night and weekend hours
